New Michigan Fireworks Law

1-1-12 - Michigan's new fireworks law is now in effect. All federally legal consumer fireworks are now legal to use in Michigan. You can download a PDF copy of Michigan's new fireworks law here.

Companies that wish to sell consumer fireworks will have to register with the state fire marshal. Consumer fireworks registration information is available at the Michigan State Fire Marshal's web site.

Griffins Hockey Fireworks
