Michigan Fireworks Law Update

1-1-09 - The Michigan Legislature was considering updating Michigan's fireworks law to allow all types of consumer fireworks. Unfortunately, the bill died at the end of the 2008 legislative session. Efforts are under way to have a new bill introduced.
