Apparel and Accessories

Captainboom.com ships all apparel and accessories via USPS Priority Mail to the US and Canada. International Orders are shipped Global Priority Mail. International Customers are responsible for all duties and customs charges incurred.

Fireworks

We can ship all types of fireworks to these states:* Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey (with Permit), New Mexico, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. We do not ship fireworks internationally. We do not ship to Military Bases. We do not ship fireworks to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Georgia, Hawaii, Maine, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, and Rhode Island.

All fireworks are shipped via common carrier to your home or the closest freight terminal. You are responsible for all freight charges and pickup of fireworks from the terminal. Shipping charges on fireworks are calculated by weight; therefore the larger the weight, the more shipping will cost. If items are not picked up at the terminal, the customer agrees to pay all shipping and return charges, as well as a 30 percent restocking fee. The minimum shipping charge on fireworks orders under $500.00 or wholesale orders is $120.00.

Returns & Exchanges

Apparel and Accessories

All sales to countries other than the US and Canada are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. Please select your items carefully.

For US and Canada orders: We accept returns and exchanges on apparel or accessories within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the merchandise is returned in original unused condition.

If your package is damaged in shipment, contact the Post Office immediately for a damage inspection report. Then call Captain Boom at (269) 694-2666 for further instructions on returning the damaged product(s). We will make every effort to replace the damaged items quickly.

Fireworks

All sales of fireworks or wedding sparklers purchased online are final. Captain Boom does not accept returns or exchanges of fireworks or wedding sparklers.

By placing an order for fireworks you agree to the following:

You certify that you are at least 18 years of age, that there are no laws which prohibit you from ordering, receiving, or possessing consumer fireworks, and that you understand and agree with the terms listed hereafter. Furthermore, you assume total liability and responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws concerning possession, receipt, shipping, handling, transportation, use, storage, safety, discharge, ignition, resale, giving, destruction, disposition, etc.
Captain Boom Fireworks LLC accepts cash, Visa and Master Card.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
All orders are subject to availability. Captain Boom reserves the right to upgrade your order with items of equal or greater value if items ordered are out of stock.
Buyer warrants that all merchandise purchased will be used strictly in accordance with applicable federal, state, county, and municipal laws and regulations.
Buyer agrees that Captain Boom Fireworks LLC, its owners, agents, employees, contractors and assigns are not liable in any way for any loss or damage sustained due to the transportation, handling, storage, use, possession, sale or distribution of merchandise.
Captain Boom Fireworks LLC will not assume liability for any injury during the use, handling, transportation, storage, sale or transfer of this merchandise.
Transportation of firework shipments may be made by common carrier or by carriers authorized to ship fireworks according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Freight charges are established by the carrier company and will vary depending on the distance and gross weight of the order.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify delivered orders with the invoice that is emailed to you.
The customer's signature on the order form indicates an agreement to the transaction.
All sales of fireworks purchased online are final. Captain Boom does not accept returns or exchanges of fireworks.

Minimum Order

The minimum order for apparel and accessories is $5.00 plus shipping.

If you will be picking up your order, the minimum order is $5.00. The minimum retail order for fireworks that we ship to you is $500.00. The last date we will accept an order for shipping and delivery prior to July 4 is June 23.
