To ensure security and prevent fraud, the following rules apply to all in-store pickups:

• The individual who placed the order must be the one to pick it up. Orders cannot be released to anyone else.
• A valid state-issued photo ID or driver’s license must be presented at the time of pickup. We scan ID for validation.
• Customers must also present for verification, the credit or debit card that was used to place the order.
• Orders cannot be released without both forms of verification.
• Please have your order number or order confirmation email handy, so we can ensure you get the right order.

• All pickup appointment times are Eastern Time.
• Customers are responsible for arriving at their scheduled pickup appointment.
• If you miss your appointment and do not contact us by the end of that business day, your order will be considered a no-show.
• No-show orders will be canceled and refunded minus fees to cover our costs.
• No Show Fees are a minimum of 25% up to maximum of $50 per order, which ever is greater.
• Customers may reschedule pickup appointments up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost.
• Same-day rescheduling is not guaranteed. If our employee has already arrived for your appointment before you reschedule a $20 fee will apply
• Orders not picked up at the rescheduled time will also be treated as a no-show.
• Customers who repeatedly miss appointments may have their Buy Online, Pick Up In Store privileges suspended.

In order to cover our costs associated with order cancellations, the following fees will be charged:

• Orders cancelled before they have been pulled and packed will be refunded minus a 4% .
• Orders cancelled after being pulled and prepared will be charged a minimum 25% and up to a maximum $50 fee, which ever is greater.
• Any remaining funds after fees will be issued back to the original payment method. It may take 24 to 48 hours to process cancellation requests.

• We reserve the right to substitute like products of equal or greater value if an inventory discrepancy occurs. Substitutions are automatically applied and are not optional.
• If a customer wishes to substitute an item at the time of pickup:
• It may be exchanged for another product of equal value, or
• We can process a refund for the undesired item minus a 4% cancellation fee on that item's price. A new in-store purchase will then be required for the replacement item.
