Shipping Information
Wedding Sparklers and Other Non-Fireworks Orders
When not ordered with fireworks, items in the following categories can be shipped nationwide via UPS ground, and are not subject to order minimums or minimum shipping charges: Wedding Sparklers, Water Lanterns, Sky Lanterns, Firing Systems, Fuse, Racks & Tubes, T-Shirts and Accessories. Free shipping or UPS charges will be calculated at checkout. UPS eligible orders usually process and ship within 1 business day. Where We Do Not Ship Fireworks
We do not ship fireworks internationally. We do not ship to Military Bases. We do not ship fireworks to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
How We Ship Fireworks
Because of their shipping classification, all fireworks must be shipped via common carrier (semi-truck). They will be shipped to your home or the closest freight terminal. The freight company will contact you to set up an appointment for delivery. You must sign for fireworks orders. You are responsible for all freight charges and pickup of fireworks from the terminal. Shipping Charges on Fireworks Orders
Shipping charges on fireworks are calculated by weight; therefore the larger the weight, the more shipping will cost. If items are not picked up at the terminal, or if the customer refuses delivery, the customer agrees to pay all shipping and return charges, as well as a 20 percent restocking fee. The minimum shipping charge on fireworks orders under $400.00 or wholesale orders is $100.00. Retail fireworks orders of $400 or more receive free shipping. Wholesale orders are not eligible for free shipping, and will be contacted with shipping charges before the order is processed.
How Long Does It Take To Receive My Fireworks?
Fireworks orders take longer to process because we may contact you for age, ID, and shipping address verification. You can expedite the process by provided accurate contact information. Depending on your location, fireworks orders typically take 3 - 7 business days to reach you once your order has been shipped. You should plan on ordering at least two weeks before you need them. The more time you give us, the better the chance you will have your delivery when you need it. Shipping cutoff dates for the July 4 holiday are typically around June 23. About Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. Captain Boom does not accept returns or exchanges.
